Description
LUBRODAL C 35/40 is an emulsion of modified oils in water combined with synergistically coordinated additives. Optimal releasing and lubricating effects are guaranteed, even when largely diluted with water.
A significant improvement of the flow of the work-pieces is reached due to a reduction of friction; the surface of the die cast pieces is improved significantly, especially for difficult dies and thin-walled parts.
Field of application
LUBRODAL C 35/40 has been particularly designed for an efficient lubrication and release of die cast aluminium operations.
Method of application
LUBRODAL C 35/40 is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before application. It can be applied via suitable spraying systems.
Note
Standard values for the dilution of LUBRODAL C 35/40 in water vary between 1 – 50 and 1 – 120, depending on the alloy, weight and formation of the produced piece. The optimal ratio of dilution has to be determined in practice.
LUBRODAL C 35/40 can also be used for hot forging of steel. The optimum dilution ratio has to be determined during operational tests.
