LUBRODAL F 27 AL
White die lubricant for hot forming of non-ferrous metals
Performance Features
- for forging of aluminium
- easily to dilute with water
- closed and well adhesive lubricant film after spraying
- excellent wetting on the tools
- free of wax and mineral oil
Description
LUBRODAL F 27 AL is a new type of die lubricant for the forging of aluminium and its different alloys. The lubrication-, releasing- and wetting-effects of this wax- and mineral-oil-free emulsion have been optimised by different additives. This provides excellent forging results, improves die life and protects from aluminium adhesion. Due to the absence of wax and mineral oil a clean press environment is possible and the waste water pollution is reduced to a minimum.
Application
LUBRODAL F 27 AL is supplied as a stable concentrate that can be easily diluted with water in the needed ratio, prior to use. The optimum mixing ratio depends on the complexity of the forged parts, process- and contact-times and the desired cooling effect. The optimum dilution ratio has to be determined in practice. Dilutions in a range from 1:3 to 1:10 are common. LUBRODAL F 27 AL can be applied on the tools by manual or automatic spraying devices.
