Description
CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC is based on carefully selected, high-viscosity mineral and synthetic oils and contains an aluminium complex soap as thickener. Special chlorine and heavy metal-free additives together with the finest and purest colloidal graphite and adhesion additives offer an extraordinary performance. CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC does not contain any solvents.
CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC, CEPLATTYN RN and CEPLATTYN 300 represent the balanced system of the FUCHS multi-phase lubrication.
Field of application
The high base-oil viscosity and thus good damping characteristics of CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC makes it especially suitable for shock loads in heavy-duty applications.
CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC meets the demands according to the AGMA Standard for Open Gear drives. CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC complies with ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02/D-2 (previously AGMA 13EP and 13S).
Method of application
CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC is applied economically via common spray lubrication systems. At temperatures below +5°C/+40°F additional heating systems may have to be used for spraying.
As CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC is highly economical for the lubrication of large Open Gears, consumption can be reduced significantly.
