RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 7001
(old name: STABYLAN 7001)
Fully synthetic chain lubricant for extremely high temperatures
Performance Features
- temperature range: -20°C / +300°C
- extraordinarily low consumption rates due to minimum evaporation loss
- longer chain life due to excellent wear protection, even at high temperatures
- reduced unpleasant odor because of the low evaporation loss
- reduced environmental pollution
- good penetration into the chain links
- energy savings through friction reduction
- forms only minor, re-dissolvable residues
- less condensate formation
- minimizes the danger of oven fires because of a very high flash point
Description
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 7001 is a fully synthetic high-temperature chain oil specifically developed for minimum-quantity lubrication of chains at extreme high temperatures.
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 7001 offers outstanding wear protection in high-temperature applications. Its extremely low evaporation losses at extreme temperatures result in consumption rate savings in a two-digit percentage range compared to conventional high-temperature chain oils. Therefore, the direct work environment involves less smoke and odor. The flowable residue after its use at high temperatures ensures that the chain moves smoothly.
Application
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 7001 was especially developed for minimum lubrication of chains in curing ovens in the production of insulating material. RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 7001 may also be used for any steel link chains, especially at high temperatures, e.g. in ovens or driers in the metal, wood, paper and construction material industries or in clamping, drying and fastening machinery of the textile industry.
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 7001 is to be applied exactly onto the chain links using suitable, precise chain lubrication systems, in order to provide minimum consumption rates. Application by brush, oil can and drip lubricator is also possible.
