Description
GLEITMO SRC 900-50 is a viscous refractory solid lubricant for the surface coating of ceramic materials to be used in the iron, steel and refractory industry.
GLEITMO SRC 900-50 forms a high temperature-resistant dry film. The product does not release any fumes when heated; it is free of mineral oil and harmless in use.
Field of application
GLEITMO SRC 900-50 adjusts small surface roughnesses and improves the sliding behavior of ceramic slide plates used in sliding valve systems.
The intake of oxygen from the air is suppressed in the casting process and the wear behavior of the ceramic surface is improved, especially in the working area.
GLEITMO SRC 900-50 is suitable for the use on any ce-ramic product versions and combinations.
Method of application
GLEITMO SRC 900-50 is to be applied to dirt and dust-free surfaces by brush, sponge or roller.
Note
In closed original containers at room temperature storable up to 24 months from date of production.
