Description
RENOCAST MP 2850 is a protective maintenance agent based on mineral oils..
Field of application
RENOCAST MP 2850 prevents the adhesion of mortar and concrete on construction machinery, mixer trucks, concrete pumps, mixers, silos, steel- and large-area shuttering as well as all kinds of metal parts.
Application
Clean machinery and equipment with water. Next RENOCAST MP 2850 is applied to the parts to be treated using a brush or suitable, oil-resistant spraying equipment (with SS 800067 teejet nozzle). In this way a thin, protective film is formed on the parts, preventing caking of concrete incrustations and facilitating everyday work. As a preserving agent it should be applied before the first use of the equipment and following each subsequent use thereafter. Consumption: approximately 20-40 m²/l. RENOCAST MP 2850 should not be diluted with water, oil or solvent - it is ready to use !

Please observe water resources policy act and EU safety data sheet! The product must not contact zinc or galvanized materials. During winter operation a spray pressure of 6-9 bar may be required.
