Description

RENOCAST AP 2690 is a low-viscosity, ready-for-use asphalt release agent based on mineral and ester oils.

Field of application

RENOCAST AP 2690 is very well suitable for the use on feeder belts and rubber-tired rollers, as well as loading platforms of asphalt dump trucks, road finishers and other machinery.

Method of application

RENOCAST AP 2690 is applied in a thin and uniform layer using a brush or suitable spraying device (UniJet nozzle 800067-SS). Also suitable for spraying systems. The consumption ranges between 30 and 50m²/l. RENOCAST AP 2690may not be diluted with water, oils or solvents - ready for use!

Notes

- The storage time should not exceed 2 years
- Store barrels horizontally
- Preliminary trials required
- Re-seal container after use
- Please observe water resources policy act and EU safety data sheet! 
- The compatibility with nonferrous metals such as zinc and copper should be checked beforehand
- Before use, check whether the criteria in the operating instructions for the system/device are met
