Description

RENOCAST RA 2530 is a chemicophysically reactive concrete release agent with low viscosity.

Field of application

RENOCAST RA 2530 is a special product for direct form removal (e.g. HUMARBO machinery, systems for the production of sleepers, joined floors and the like).

Method of application

A thin and uniform coat of RENOCAST RA 2530 is applied with a brush or a suitable mineral-oil-resistant spraying device (with T jet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry form.Consumption for nonabsorbent forms: 60-80 m²/l.The product should not come into contact with copper or zinc.This product is intended for concrete formulations containing Portland cement (CEM I).RENOCAST RA 2530 may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents – the delivered concentration is ready for use!

- storage temperature not below -5 °C
- the storage period should not exceed 2 years
- store barrels on their sides
- reseal packaging after removal
- preliminary trials required
