Description
RENOCAST RA 2370 is a chemicophysically reactive concrete parting agent which is suitable for all absorbent and non-absorbent formwork. The solvent-free RENOCAST RA 2370 is also a protecting agent for construction machinery, agitators, and other construction equipment.
Field of application
RENOCAST RA 2370 is suitable for all formwork, e.g. wood, plastic-lined wooden materials, steel, etc.
Method of application
A thin and uniform coat of RENOCAST RA 2370 is applied with a brush or a suitable spraying device (with UniJet nozzle 800067-SS) to the clean and dry formwork. Consumption for non-absorbent formwork 30 - 50 m²/l, for absorbent formwork 20 - 40 m²/l. RENOCAST RA 2370 is frost-resistant down to -13 °C. RENOCAST RA 2370 may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents - the delivered concentration is ready for use!
Notes
- Storage temperature not below -5 °C
- The storage period should not exceed 2 years
- Store barrels on their sides
- Reseal packaging after removal
- Preliminary trials required
Note the WHG and EC safety data sheet! The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.
