Description
ANTICORIT VCI GEL is a pasty, gel-like VCI corrosion protection medium. The innovative and odorless VCI system quickly and reliably forms a corrosion-protective atmosphere within closed packaging. Whether for storage or transportation - the packaged goods are effectively protected against corrosion.
Application
ANTICORIT VCI GEL is specially designed for contactless application in packaging, blisters and thermoforming containers. Targeted application of the VCI gel in packaging enables effective VCI corrosion protection within the packaging. Direct contact with the component is therefore not necessary and can be easily removed and reapplied as required.
A packaging volume of up to 1 m³ can be protected with 100 g of ANTICORIT VCI GEL. The paste-like consistency of the product makes it easy to apply and ensures that it remains exactly where the user has applied it. Contamination of packaging and components can thus be easily minimized. The high concentration of active ingredients helps in the development of clean packaging and can reduce the use of plastics and paper if used skilfully.
