LUBRODAL F 95
Graphite-containing, water-miscible forming lubricant
Advantages
- Suitable for die forging, extrusions and warmforging operations
- Creates a flexible and adhesive lubricant film onthe dies
- Also particularly suitable for rotary forging ofaluminium
Description
LUBRODAL F 95 is a concentrate of highly groundgraphite in a water-based oil-containing carrier fluid. Excellent lubrication performance ensures optimummaterial flow and reduces tool wear. LUBRODAL F95 is suitable for forming operations of ferrous andnon-ferrous metals with a high complexity, longcontact times and a high amount of deformation.
Application
LUBRODAL F 95 is supplied as a concentrate andmust be diluted with water before use. The optimummixing ratio depends on many different factors andmust be determined during operational trials. LUBRODAL F 95 is applied to the tool surfacesusing suitable spraying equipment (automatic ormanual). The finished mixture must be kept inconstant motion by an agitator or circulation pumpto prevent sedimentation of the solids. Mixing andspraying systems should be flushed with water atregular intervals and especially before longerdowntimes
Notes
Protect against frost and heat!
