Description
LUBRODAL W 27 F-ES is a water miscible graphite-dispersion showing excellent releasing and lubricating properties. The large amount of smallest particles of graphite guarantees optimal wetting on the one hand, and a good stability and simple dilution of the con-centrate on the other hand.

LUBRODAL W 27 F-ES is used as a releasing agent for metal castings and as anode stubcoating
Method of application
LUBRODAL W 27 F-ES is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before application. The optimum dilution ratio has to be determined in practise. It can be applied via suitable spraying systems or by spray pistols.
A strong spray jet with adjustable throughputs of the nozzles as well as an adjustable air-fluid ratio are required. The mixture is to be stirred continuously to avoid settling out of graphite.
