Description
ECOCUT HSG 915 LE is a light-coloured, chlorinefree and low viscosity grinding oil with excellent cooling and flushing properties even at high material removal rates. This product also resists foaming. ECOCUT HSG 915 LE has excellent air release properties. Even after very long periods of use, ECOCUT HSG 915 LE maintains its high grinding performance. ECOCUT HSG 915 LE offers outstanding hydrolytic stability. ECOCUT HSG 915 LE is almost odour-free and resists steel and nonferrous metal corrosion. The use of a premium base oil and specially selected additives in ECOCUT HSG 915 LE reduces the oil mist and oil vapour created as compared to conventional oils. ECOCUT HSG 915 LE meets the requirements and specifications in accordance with BGI 719 (Germany), thus leading to a reduction of fire hazard.
Application
ECOCUT HSG 915 LE is an excellent product for the grinding of crankshafts, camshafts and gear grinding operations. ECOCUT HSG 915 LE can also be used for internal and external grinding, thread grinding and valve grinding. In addition, ECOCUT HSG 915 LE is recommended for the high-speed grinding of twist drill (and) thread tap flutes as well as the oscillating grinding of circular saw blades. ECOCUT HSG 915 LE is suitable for the use with yellow metals.
