Description
THERMISOL 251 is a quenching fluid based on synthetic polymers, anticorrosive additives, antioxidants, and moisturizers, specially designed for the mettle of steels and aluminum.
Application
- Temple of steels and non-ferrous alloys, to achieve a final structure of maximum transformation with minimal distortion of the material.
- THERMISOL 251 provides a wide range of tightly controlled cooling speeds depending on your concentration. At low concentration it will give higher cooling speeds than water and at high concentrations a solution with characteristics similar to those of a quench oil is achieved.
- Product multifunctionality allows lower alloy steels to be successfully treated.
- Especially suitable for induction quenching.
