Synthetic bearing and gear oils for aluminium rolling mills based on special polyglycols
Description
The products of the RENOLIN PENTOPOL series are based on synthetic base oil components. Carefully selected additives improve the oxidation stability and the corrosion protection of the components. Selected wear protection additives guarantee a high wear protection of the bearings, gears and circulating systems.
The products of the RENOLIN PENTOPOL series do not form staining, residues on aluminum surfaces. The products are especially suitable for the application in the aluminum industry, in aluminum rolling mills, in plants where aluminum is processed and manufactured. In case of the unavoidably occurring leakages of the lubricants into the rolling oil the formation of aluminum staining during the thermal treatment of the rolled material is minimized.
The products are based on zinc and ash-free formulations.
Application
The products of the RENOLIN PENTOPOL series are developed for the lubrication of bearings and roller bearings in the aluminum processing industry. RENOLIN PENTOPOL M 77 and RENOLIN
PENTOPOL M 175 were especially developed for the lubrication of morgoil bearings (hydrodynamic bearings) in cold rolling mills for aluminum. RENOLIN PENTOPOL B 150 is especially suitable for the lubrication of bearings and industrial gear oils under high thermal and mechanical load. The products of the RENOLIN PENTOPOL series can be used in systems with circulation lubrication as well as in systems with oil mist or oil/air lubrication.
