Description
ECOCOOL SYN 7045 C is a light to medium duty synthetic cutting and grinding fluid. Its outstanding properties of lubricity, pH stability, corrosion protection, tramp oil rejection, mix stability in hard water, and very low foam make it perfect for cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, milling, sawing, and other applications on ferrous metals.
ECOCOOL SYN 7045 C affords excellent rust protection to preserve parts and equipment. It rejects tramp oil and quickly settles fines for a clean running operation. The durability of this product allows for extended sump life and lower waste disposal costs.
How to Use
ECOCOOL SYN 7045 C is mixed with water for use. It may be used at concentrations ranging from 10:1 to 20:1 for machining operations or 20:1 or 12:1 for tube forming applications. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) to 32°C (90°F).
