RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS
Quick Separating Way Lubricant
Description
RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS is a specially formulated, long lasting lubricant intended for machinery way lubrication where a non-emulsifying, quick-separating lubricant is desired. RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS is formulated with a combination of extreme-pressure additives, friction modifiers and corrosion inhibitors that are carefully selected for their resistance to the alkaline conditions found in water-soluble metalworking fluids. RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS is not water-miscible, is resistant to metalworking coolants and resists foaming. RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS provides excellent lubricity for uniform table motion and meets the CINCINNATI MILACRON P-47 and GM LS2 specifications. RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS is also tacky to ensure that it stays on the ways.
How to Use
RENEP WAYLUBE 68 QS is suitable for use in all machinery and way applications particularly those where the lubricant will come in contact with water-soluble metalworking coolants. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF). Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
