Description
ECOCOOL AP 811 BC is a general purpose, moderate to heavy duty, semisynthetic water miscible coolant intended for grinding, drilling, tapping, milling and sawing applications on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is low foaming to prevent burning, staining, and cracking when grinding.
ECOCOOL AP 811 BC is formulated to provide long sump life, low odour, and excellent pH stability. It contains extreme pressure (EP) additives and lubricity enhancers to provide fine surface finishes and extended tool life. It provides excellent “in-process” corrosion protection to preserve parts and equipment.
How to Use
ECOCOOL AP 811 BC is mixed with water for use. It may be used at concentrations ranging from 10:1 to 20:1. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL AP 811 BC concentrate to water.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) and 32°C (90°F).

How to Clean
Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with RENOCLEAN alkaline cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
