ECOCOOL F
Synthetic Water Miscible Cutting & Grinding Fluid
Description
ECOCOOL F is a fully synthetic; water based, multi-purpose grinding and machining fluid. This product contains no oil, phenol, sulphur, chlorine or nitrites. The concentrate is suitable for all types of wet grinding including cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, center less or integral grinding. ECOCOOL F is diluted with water at between 1 to 2% for use on grinding all varieties of steel alloys such as those used for saws and knives (including carbide tipped), aluminum alloys and cast iron. ECOCOOL F doubles as a coolant for light duty machining (cutting, drilling, turning, milling) of brass, aluminum and mild steel alloys when used at 5%.
ECOCOOL F provides wetting, cooling and flushing in one product. Since this product is synthetic, it produces a stable, clear solution with long service life and good visibility.
How to Use
ECOCOOL F is mixed with water for use. It may be used at concentrations ranging from 10:1 to 50:1. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL F concentrate to water.
