ECOCOOL SYN 2260 CO
Synthetic Water Miscible Cutting & Grinding Fluid for Carbide Tooling
Description
ECOCOOL SYN 2260 CO is a synthetic cutting and grinding fluid intended for grinding carbide tooling. It provides excellent performance in high speed grinding, and it eliminates concerns of cobalt leaching from both the carbide tooling and the swarf.
ECOCOOL SYN 2260 CO rejects tramp oil, rapidly settles fines, and is easily filterable to provide a clean running operation. It is strongly resistant to biological attack for a long bath life and it provides excellent rust protection for machine tools.
How to Use
ECOCOOL SYN 2260 CO is mixed with water for use. Its typical concentration is 20:1. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL SYN 2260 CO concentrate to water.
