ECOCUT GD

Neat Cutting and Grinding Oil

Description

ECOCUT GD is a highly formulated, non-chlorinated low viscosity oil, containing extreme pressure and lubricity additives designed specifically for heavy-duty operations where a light oil is essential

ECOCUT GD is recommended for various applications for deep-hole drilling, gun drilling, machining and grinding as well as other applications requiring heavy duty low viscosity oils.

ECOCUT GD is clear and clean in operation and easy to clean. It is formulated with paraffinic base oils to maximize resistance to oxidation and extend service life in use. The Light viscosity minimizes carry-out and maximizes flushing action. It is also formulated with state of the art high lubricity raw materials in order to ensure excellent surface finishes and wheel life during grinding operations.

How to Use

ECOCUT GD is used as received for all machining operations. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF).

Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.

Advantages

  • Low viscosity allows oil to penetrate deeply to provide effective cooling of tool and workpiece, rapid swarf removal, and minimal drag-out
  • Chlorine free for easier disposal
  • Contains lubricity and extreme pressure additives for excellent surface finishes
  • Transparent, allowing continuous observation of machining parts
  • High anti-welding properties
  • Good resistance to oxidation for extended service life
  • Easily cleaned from finished work for no “down-line“ problems

How to Clean

Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with Renoclean alkaline cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
