ECOCUT HD

High Performance Fine Blanking and Neat Cutting Oil

Description

ECOCUT HD is a very heavy duty fine blanking oil and neat cutting oil for the severest of machining, blanking and forming operations on the hardest metals.

ECOCUT HD is recommended for internal and external broaching, gear cutting, heavy-duty drilling and tapping, fine blanking and the most severe metalworking operations on highly alloyed steels, stainless steels and other hard metals which are difficult to machine, blank or form.   This is a Heavy Duty cutting fluid for the most arduous operations and metals.

ECOCUT HD uses high levels of extreme pressure additive and polar fatty materials.  These additives ensure high temperature, extreme pressure protection of tooling and superior finish on both ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts.

Advantages

  • High levels of extreme pressure and polar fats used to provide extreme pressure performance and protection of tooling and parts
  • Anti-mist additives to improve the work environment
  • Low viscosity allows oil to penetrate deeply to provide effective cooling of tool and workpiece, rapid swarf removal, and minimal drag-out
  • Transparent, allowing continuous observation of machining parts
  • Non-corrosive to ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Low odor

How to Use

ECOCUT HD is used as received for all machining operations. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF).

Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.

How to Clean

Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with RENOCLEAN alkaline cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
