ECOCUT VANISHING LUBE

Low Viscosity Vanishing Lubricant

Description

ECOCUT VANISHING LUBE is a low viscosity vanishing lubricant intended for stamping light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The low viscosity ensures limited carry-off to provide low consumption and economy of operation.

ECOCUT VANISHING LUBE evaporates quickly leaving almost no residue behind, so the need for cleaning is usually eliminated. Any residue that might remain is compatible with most industrial finishes. However, if the parts are to be painted, we recommend prior testing with the specific paint involved to ensure no problems occur. ECOCUT VANISHING LUBE is carefully formulated so it has virtually no odour, non-staining, and non-toxic. It also contains lubricity additive for improved performance and excellent surface finish.

How to Use

ECOCUT VANISHING LUBE is used as received without dilution. It can be applied using spray equipment, dip, drip, brush or roller coat methods.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF).

Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
