PLANTOSAW CT
Biodegradable Saw and Sawguide Oil
Description
PLANTOSAW CT is a biodegradable, high performance lubricant specially formulated for bandsaw applications. PLANTOSAW CT is made from premium grade canola oil for ensured biodegradability, health and safety.
Advantages
Improved Machinery Operation
PLANTOSAW CT is designed to keep saws clean by reducing pitch buildup. The tackiness of PLANTOSAW CT allows for consistent adherence to saw surfaces and guides, thereby maintaining optimal wood cutting standards.
Reduced Oil Consumption
PLANTOSAW CT has been successful at reducing oil consumption for significant savings in lube costs.
Reduced Water Consumption
PLANTOSAW CT provides an effective cushion between saws and guides. Less heat build-up saves on water to cool the saws. Benefits include drier sawdust, chips and less pooling and freeze up of excess water on conveyors.
Reduced Wear
PLANTOSAW CT is designed to prevent rust, corrosion, scuffing and wear to ensure longer life for saws and guides. Band wheels can be machined less frequently and more easily.
Health and Safety
PLANTOSAW CT is not controlled by WHMIS, OSHA or TDG.
Low Temperature Pumpability
PLANTOSAW CT remains highly consistent over varying temperature ranges to ensure year round pumpability. This reduces the need for heated lines, pumps and reservoirs.
Non-Staining
PLANTOSAW CT will not stain even the lightest coloured woods.
Storage and Safety
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) and 32°C (90°F).
Safety data sheets (SDS) are available. Before handling, read the product information and SDS for proper handling and health hazard information.
