Description
RENOCAST 71 is a premium quality concrete form release oil designed for superior finishes and easy removal of forms from a wide variety of concrete products. RENOCAST 71 provides the user with an alternative to the use of diesel or kerosene, both of which present a significant fire hazard.
Due to the nature of the formulation, RENOCAST 71 will find a high degree of operator acceptance and will work extremely well under a variety of conditions. RENOCAST 71 leaves no dusting, no staining, and minimises the appearance of “bug holes” common in the industry.
RENOCAST 71 is “VOC-compliant” in accordance with the U.S. Federal VOC Standard for Surface Coatings. RENOCAST 71 is not classified as a flammable or combustible liquid according to Canadian WHMIS regulations.
How to Use
RENOCAST 71 is applied by spray or brush to intricate or complex forms. Apply as a thin film. For the best architectural finish, clean forms of dust, dirt and debris before applying. RENOCAST 71 is effective with all commonly used form materials including plywood, steel and aluminum. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC and 32ºC. Safety data sheets are available.
