SAWMASTER 32
Saw and Sawguide Oil
Description
SAWMASTER 32 is a saw and saw guide oil specially formulated to have superior lubricity characteristics in bandsaw applications. Extensive testing has proven its exceptional performance and cost savings.
SAWMASTER 32 has out-performed other saw lubricants on all species of wood and in difficult sawing operations. Users of SAWMASTER 32 have been successful at reducing oil consumption for significant savings in lube costs.
Advantages
- Extended saw and guide life - a light film of oil left on components reduces both friction and heat
- Reduced cooling water - with a film of oil on the saws and reduced temperatures, water flows can be dramatically reduced
- Reduced oil consumption - the tackiness and excellent wetting characteristics of this oil allows for a reduction in oil usage
- Non-Misting - no cloud or mist in the air keeps operators safe from oil exposure and scanners and surrounding areas clean
- Non-Staining - will not stain even the lightest coloured woods
- Not controlled according to WHMIS and OSHA regulations
Storage and Safety
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) – 32°C (90°F).
Safety data sheets (SDS) are available. Before handling, read the product information and SDS for proper handling and health hazard information.
