SAWMASTER AP

Saw and Sawguide Oil

Description

SAWMASTER AP Series oils are specially designed for bandsaw applications where the buildup of wood pitch is a problem. SAWMASTER AP Series can be used in most lubrication and misting systems currently on the market.

SAWMASTER  AP Series is specifically formulated to remove pitch buildup on bandsaws resulting in cleaner saws, guides and bandmill wheels.

SAWMASTER AP Series has been found to have the following additional benefits over most conventional lubricants:

Advantages

Improved Machinery Operation:
The tackiness of SAWMASTER AP Series allows for consistent adherence to saw surfaces and guides, thereby maintaining optimal wood cutting standards. Our unique additive package provides for exceptional lubricity and boundary lubrication and is designed to prevent rust, corrosion, and scuffing to ensure the longevity of saws and guides.

Reduced Water Consumption:
SAWMASTER AP Series is effective with minimal water required for consistent cooling. In most mills, the only water used is on the outside of the bandmill to keep the dust down.

Reduced Oil Consumption:
The tackiness of these oils allows for a reduction of the amount used on the bandsaws.

No Staining or Misting:
SAWMASTER AP Series will not stain the lightest coloured woods, maintaining quality of all wood products. Anti-misting secures the health and safety of personnel and keeps scanners and surrounding areas clean.

Storage and Safety

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) and 32°C (90°F).

Safety data sheets (SDS) are available.  Before handling, read the product information and SDS for proper handling and health hazard information.
