ECO DRAW HVE 2

Chlorine-free Forming and Fine Blanking Oil

Description

ECO DRAW HVE 2 is a light viscosity synthetic lubricant especially effective for stamping, drawing and punching operations. It provides tooling with a light but effective protective film to reduce tooling wear. It sheets over even the most oily steel for uniform coverage. This is a unique lubricant for multi-metal forming operations.

ECO DRAW HVE 2 is a synthetic lubricant that contains no petroleum oils, fats or sulfurized additives. It contains a high level of lubricity additives to reduce galling and fractures.

ECO DRAW HVE 2 keeps stamped parts and tooling cooler than with oils due to its excellent heat transfer film. Resultant light film eliminates parts washing in many applications.

ECO DRAW HVE 2 is completely biodegradable and requires no special handling or disposal procedures. It is a safe and clean, user friendly product.
