ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 C
Environmentally Friendly Micro-Mist Lubricant for Metalworking
Description
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 C replaces flood-machining lubricants with a very fine mist applied to the tool edge. This minute film drastically reduces friction and reduces heat to extend tool life to yield excellent finish and size control.
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 C is a lubricant made of naturally derived ingredients. These are less hazardous and environmentally friendly components that are more biodegradable than conventional petroleum based lubricants.
Micro Mist Application:
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 C IS ECONOMICAL. It is an effective micro-mist lubricant that is to be applied in a micro-mist form by micro-mist applicators that are extremely stingy in the quantity applied. Often, applying only a few ounces per shift to the tool increases tool life in such applications as sawing, milling, broaching, swaging, drilling, tapping, forming and other metalworking operations.
Multi-Metal Safe:
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 C is effective when used when machining, aluminum, brass and mild steel. It is particularly effective when machining soft or gummy alloys, which tend to easily gall or load tools.
Eliminates Cleaning:
The essentially DRY film also benefits by yielding parts, which most often do not require any cleaning to remove the film. This saves money for purchase and disposal of cleaning compounds. Dry chips from cutting are also worth more for recycling by waste metal collectors.
Storage and Safety
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) and 32°C (90°F). Safety data sheets (SDS) are available. Before handling, read the product information and SDS for proper handling and health hazard information.
