Pre-emulsified Tube Hydroforming Lubricant

Description

ECOFORM 2106 is a heavy duty pre-emulsified lubricant for tube hydroforming. It is suitable for multiple substrates and is free of pigment and other solids. It is easily cleaned from finished tubes, even after severe deformation. ECOFORM 2106 contains a high level of lubricity additives for smooth metal movement without splitting or galling. The residue is easily cleaned from dies and overspray areas. It uses a water based carrier system, and is free of solvent fumes.

How to Use

ECOFORM 2106 should be used neat. ECOFORM 2106 may be applied neat by airless spray, drip, or brush methods. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF).  Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.

How to Clean

Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with RENOCLEAN alkaline cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
