RENOCLEAN 1270

Alkaline Spray Wash Cleaner

Description

RENOCLEAN 1270 is an extremely low foaming alkaline cleaner, specifically designed for spray or vibratory ferrous cleaning applications that removes mill oil, machining coolants, drawing compounds and factory soils.  RENOCLEAN 1270 has excellent ferrous rust preventative properties and is suitable for use in soft to hard water conditions.

RENOCLEAN 1270 is free of diethanolamine (DEA), nitrites, phosphates and nonylphenolethoxylate (NPE).

How to Use

RENOCLEAN 1270 should be used at (2 - 8%) depending on the water quality and type of soils to be removed. Increasing the temperature of the wash solution will reduce foaming tendencies and decrease drying time. Although this product contains a metal deactivator, non ferrous metals should be checked for compatibility before using RENOCLEAN 1270.
