RENOFORM OL 2025 M
Chlorine-free Forming and Fine Blanking Oil
Description
RENOFORM OL 2025 M is a light colour chlorine free heavy-duty lubricant designed for use in fine blanking and severe forming operations. It can also be used in cold heading operations.
RENOFORM OL 2025 M contains extreme pressure additives as well as a lubrication package that will provide a low coefficient of friction film which will protect both the tool and work-piece. It is typically used in moderate fine blanking operations up to 6 mm blanks. Its higher viscosity provides better film formation which will assist in the drawing application.
How to Use
RENOFORM OL 2025 M is used as received. It can be applied by spray, roller, dip, or flood and performs effectively in recycling systems. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF). Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
