ADDITIVE RW 1117

Tank side pH Buffer and Corrosion Inhibitor

Description

ADDITIVE RW 1117 is a tank side pH buffer and corrosion inhibitor specially formulated to provide effective pH buffer that assist to control aqueous metal working fluid sump pH within optimum operating range. It also provides corrosion inhibition properties when machining ferrous metals.

ADDITIVE RW 1117 is recommended to individual sumps or large central systems that are tested to have low pH stability and corrosion protection due to age or operating conditions. This is an added option that may eliminate the need for a partial or full system coolant recharge.

How to Use

ADDITIVE RW 1117 may be used as received with a typical treat rate of 0.15% by sump volume. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
