ECOCOOL 3025 P
Water Miscible Cutting & Grinding Fluid
Description
ECOCOOL 3025 P is a semisynthetic water miscible coolant that is particularly effective on aluminum but it can also be used on ferrous metals and alloys in both individual sumps and central systems. It uses raw materials that provide long sump life, low odour, and excellent pH stability.
ECOCOOL 3025 P is designed to form a micro-emulsion when mixed with water for improved emulsion stability, efficient heat transfer from the cutting tool, and tolerates tramp oils without producing insoluble residues. This product also features low foam, good rust protection and adequate lubricity to protect the tool and provide superior surface finish on the machined parts.
How to Use
ECOCOOL 3025 P is mixed with water for use. It may be used at concentrations ranging from 10:1 to 20:1. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL 3025 P concentrate to water. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) and 32°C (90°F). Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
