ECOCOOL FSC 143 A
Water Miscible Cutting & Grinding Fluid
Description
ECOCOOL FSC 143 A is a heavy duty semisynthetic, cutting and grinding fluid combining the cleanliness and superior cooling characteristics of a synthetic coolant with the machine compatibility of conventional soluble oils.
ECOCOOL FSC 143 A is designed for moderate-severity machining and grinding operations on cast iron, steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
ECOCOOL FSC 143 A is formulated to provide long sump life, low odour, and excellent pH stability. It contains extreme pressure (EP) additives and lubricity enhancers to provide fine surface finishes and extended tool life. It provides excellent “in-process” corrosion protection to preserve parts and equipment.
How to Use
ECOCOOL FSC 143 A is mixed with water for use. It may be used at concentrations ranging from 10:1 to 20:1. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL FSC 143 A concentrate to water.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C (45°F) and 32°C (90°F).
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
