ECOCUT C
Heavily Chlorinated Neat Cutting Oil
Description
ECOCUT C is a heavily chlorinated inhibited ex-treme pressure lubricant. This extreme pressure lubricant ensures extra boundary lubrication over a wide range of machining operations, drawing, form-ing, bending and tapping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It promotes improved tool life and permits the most severe operations to be conducted.
How to Use
ECOCUT C is used as received for all machining operations. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC (45ºF) and 32ºC (90ºF).
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
Advantages
- High levels of extreme pressure additive to pro-vide extreme pressure performance and protec-tion of tooling and parts
- Non-flammable and low volatility
- Transparent, allowing continuous observation of machining parts
- Non-corrosive to ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Low odour
How to Clean
Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with Renoclean alkaline cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recom-mendations for your operation
