ANTICORIT SL 3239 M

Solvent/ Oil Based Rust Preventative for Tube Mill Applications

Description

ANTICORIT SL 3239 M is a mid-range flash point, solvent/oil based evaporative rust preventive intended for applying to metals at the exit end of continuous tube forming mills. It is water displacing so will remove condensed humidity and coolant solutions from processed materials. It is non-staining to most metals including galvanized products. ANTICORIT SL 3239 M provides six months or more protection for bundled parts. It is an effective rust preventive for other applications as well. Your local FUCHS representative can provide details.

After the solvent carrier evaporates from ANTICORIT SL 3239 M, the residual oily film has self-healing characteristics to provide protection in the event the film is disturbed during storage. Residual films are readily removed by vapor degreasing or with alkaline cleaning systems.
