Hefei Zhongchen - FUCHS China Technical Day- Beyond Food Safety | Professional Lubricant Solutions
On September 18th, 2018, a Hefei Zhongchen-FUCHS Lubricants Joint Technical Day was held successfully in Chaohu with participants from numerous renowned Chinese and foreign food companies. China‘s food industry is in a phase of structural optimization and technical upgrading, to raise the stability and effectiveness of food canning equipment. The country is also strengthening and updating its laws and regulations on food safety, posing both challenges and opportunities for the food industry. This Joint Technical Day of Zhongchen and FUCHS, leading companies in the food canning equipment and specialty lubricants sectors respectively, is aimed at studying and exploring higher standards and more advanced technology and processes for canning and lubrication, to provide the food canning industry with effective overall solutions.

Issues concerning food safety are closely observed and strictly controlled on a global scale. Mr. Huang Jiekai, Product Manager Food at FUCHS China Lubritech, explained and analyzed food safety laws and regulations in various countries.
The CASSIDA product line was certified as per ISO 21469 on March 14th, 2008, the world’s first product series to receive the certification. Currently, only 24 lubricant production sites have been certified with ISO 21469, 4 of which belong to FUCHS.
