FUCHS Presents Latest Wind Power Lubrication Solutions at CWP2025

From October 20 to 22, China Wind Power 2025 (CWP2025) — the annual grand event in the global wind energy sector — was successfully held at the China International Exhibition Center.

FUCHS made a grand appearance with innovative lubrication technologies and solutions, showcasing a new generation of high-performance wind power lubrication products. It attracted numerous domestic and foreign OEMs, core component suppliers and wind power developers, creating a lively atmosphere of exchange at the booth.

At this exhibition, addressing the long-standing lubrication challenges of three-row cylindrical pitch bearings in offshore high-power wind turbines, FUCHS officially launched its new product GLEITMO 850 ST:

• Based on the innovative "polyurea + calcium complex" base formula and customized additive package, it perfectly adapts to the operational needs of three-row cylindrical pitch bearings, achieving a breakthrough upgrade in water resistance and corrosion protection.
• It boasts excellent anti-wear performance, combined with the highest level (Grade 0-0) of corrosion protection passing the EMCOR 3% salt water test. It can fundamentally avoid the risk of early bearing failure, building a solid "lubrication line of defense" for the long-term stable operation of wind power equipment.

For OEMs, GLEITMO 850 ST can effectively extend bearing service life and help improve unit operational reliability. For owners, extending bearing life means reducing the levelized cost of electricity and effectively optimizing operational efficiency. In addition, targeting the cleaning pain points in wind power operation and maintenance, FUCHS also launched a one-stop cleaning solution.
