FUCHS Signs Tripartite Strategic Cooperation Agreement with INDEX, Covering Full Range of Machine Tools

On August 4, FUCHS China officially inked a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement with INDEX Machine Tools (Taicang) Co., Ltd. (“INDEX Taicang”) and INDEX Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“INDEX Shanghai”).

FUCHS has previously established cooperative projects with INDEX Dalian and INDEX Taicang. The newly sealed partnership with INDEX Shanghai, which oversees imported machine tool sales and after-sales services, elevates the two sides’ in-depth collaboration in China to an entirely new level.

INDEX is a time-honored German precision machine tool manufacturer and a global leader in turn-mill composite technology. Renowned for exceptional precision and rigidity, its equipment sets the industry benchmark for high-end CNC lathes and turn-mill machining centers worldwide.

INDEX Taicang undertakes domestic machine tool production, while INDEX Shanghai focuses on market development, sales and after-sales support for imported equipment.This tripartite signing expands FUCHS’s cooperation to cover all of INDEX’s business segments in China, spanning both domestically manufactured and imported full-series machine tools. It will support new project development and customer acquisition, laying a solid foundation for FUCHS to expand its product applications across high-end manufacturing sectors including aerospace, automotive components and precision machining.

Moving forward, both parties will deepen technical collaboration and integrated service support to deliver premium machining solutions for end customers, jointly advancing the development of smart and green manufacturing industries!
