Description
RENOCAST RA 5100 C is a novel concrete release agent emulsion concentrate based on ester oils. The release agent is free of solvents and mineral oil; it quickly dries after its application and forms a rain-resistant film
Field of application
The concrete release agent RENOCAST RA 5100 C was mainly designed for the use in structural and civil engineering but is also very well suited for stone production. SOK AQUA 100 is especially suitable for plastic formwork and film-coated wooden formwork as well as production boards.
Application
RENOCAST RA 5100 C is supplied as emulsion concentrate. For practical use it is mixed with water at a ratio of 1:1 and shaken for 10 seconds.
The emulsion produced should be used within 5 days. If there is a separation after a while, the emulsion can be reshaken and thus stabilized for another 5 days.
RENOCAST RA 5100 C is uniformly and thinly applied to the clean and dry form using a suitable spraying device (with UniJet nozzle TPU800067-SS).
Do not apply in rain. Pay attention to an economical application. Drop formation and overdosing have to be prevented.
The consumption is, subject to the type of form app. 40-60m² per liter. RENOCAST RA 5100 C must not be mixed with oils, solvents, etc.
Notes
- Storage time should not exceed 12 months
- Store barrels on the side
- Reseal packaging after each withdrawal
- Storage not below -7°C
- Protect from direct sunlight

Please observe water resources policy act and EU safety data sheet! The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.
Store cleaning rags wetted with SOK AQUA 100 in a closed and approved container.
As soon as the SOK AQUA 100 container we supplied is empty, we recommend taking it to replace the empty container that has been used for mixing the emusion. A potential contamination of the product by germ formation is thus prevented.
