(1 Hacker Way Menlo Park, California, CA 94025 USA) are controllers within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When you visit our Instagram profile, personal data is processed by the controllers. The joint responsibility means in particular that you can submit requests for information and assert further data subject rights with the respective provider as well as with us. However, it makes sense to submit these requests directly to the providers. This is because the social network providers alone have direct access to the necessary information and can also take any necessary measures and provide information directly.
