RENOFORM OS 7806
Chlorine-free soluble lubricant designed for difficult operations and deep drawing
Description
RENOFORM OS 7806 is an intensively used chlorine-free soluble oil designed for medium and severe stamping. It is safe for use in ferrous and stainless steel. It is also safe for use in zinc, aluminum, brass and copper coated steel; However, it is advisable to test any miscible lubricant in water to be certain of its compatibility with soft metals.
It is able to replace many highly chlorinated products, providing significant cost savings by eliminating post-process cleaning and special wastewater disposal requirements. This product is designed to maintain a stable pH and resist microbial growth, so it can recirculate.
RENOFORM OS 7806 contains oxide inhibitors to provide excellent protection against "in-process" corrosion of ferrous metals. It is not sticker for clean operation and is compatible with carbide tools.
