TITAN GEAR HYP LD SAE 80W-90
Super High Performance Gear Oil specially developed for Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles.
Description
TITAN GEAR HYP LD SAE 80W-90 is a modern mineral hypoid gear oil developed for axle transmissions of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles. The product was specifically developed for the new HL-6 axle but is downward compatible with previous axle models.
Application
The MB 235.20 specification allows the use in all DC hypoid axles (also covers MB 235.0) and requires oil changes only every 3 years or after 350,000 km. The new DaimlerChrysler HL-6 axles may only be filled with oils compliant with 235.20, such as TITAN GEAR HYP LD SAE 80W-90. The product is also recommended or approved for many other applications. TITAN GEAR HYP LD SAE 80W-90 is miscible and compatible with conventional branded gear oils. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits. A complete oil change is recommended when converting to TITAN GEAR HYP LD SAE 80W-90.
