Description

RENOCAST GP MOULDER BED & TABLE LUBRICANT is an economical, versatile lubricant for use in moulder beds, planer beds and other wood transfer equipment.  RENOCAST GP MOULDER BED & TABLE LUBRICANT dries quickly leaving a lubricating film on the moulder bed, planer bed or other wood transfer surfaces.  It contains a combination of lubricants that prevents lumber from sticking to the moulder and table components during processing.  It acts as a lubricant and release aid.  The primary active ingredients are carried in a rapid-evaporating solvent carrier.  It is very effective in minimal concentrations. 

RENOCAST GP MOULDER BED & TABLE LUBRICANT leaves little or no residue on finished work.  It is completely safe to use on various woods.  RENOCAST GP MOULDER BED & TABLE LUBRICANT will not affect wood painting, laminating and other finishing operations – it contains no silicone, grease or wax.  It will not discolor wood.

 

How to Use

 RENOCAST GP MOULDER BED & TABLE LUBRICANT is used as received without dilution.  This can be used in automatic, semi-automatic or anual bed injector systems.  This lubricant is light enough to be sprayed in pump bottles.  RENOCAST GP MOULDER BED & TABLE LUBRICANT can be used on Weinig, Wadkins, Yates, Madison, Tri-state and Diehl moulders and tables. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7ºC and 32ºC. Safety data sheets are available.
