I. High-Speed Bearing Greases

During high-speed operation, bearing rolling elements endure extreme shear and centrifugal forces, so the grease must provide a stable oil film, excellent shear resistance, and high-temperature durability — otherwise failure will be accelerated. FUCHS offers suitable high-speed bearing greases for every speed factor (n×dm value) and temperature range.

1. Ultra-High-Speed Spindles: such as machine tool spindles and textile spindles, characterized by extremely high speeds.

• TURMOGREASE Highspeed L 182: speed factor up to 2.5 million, operating temperature -70 to 120 °C (140 °C short-term)
