Description
ANTICORIT VCI DUPLEX cardboard is a special cardboard for safe and clean corrosion protection. ANTICORIT VCI DUPLEX cardboard is abrasion-free in accordance with DIN 53109 (Taber test) when used properly. The ANTICORIT VCI DUPLEX cardboard reliably prevents fiber transfer to the parts to be protected. At the same time, the premium VCI active ingredient combination used ensures a rapid build-up of the protective atmosphere and reliable value retention of the packaged goods. Thanks to the high stability of the special cardboard, ANTICORIT VCI DUPLEX cardboard is ideal for use as an interlayer, die-cut or divider. ANTICORIT VCI DUPLEX protects iron, steel, zinc, chrome, copper, brass, bronze, pure aluminum and tin.
Requirement
The metal parts to be packaged should be clean, dry, corrosion-free and free of residues from previous processing steps. The tighter the outer packaging, the more durable the protective effect.
