Declaration of consent for the use of photographs or video footage

FUCHS LUBRICANTES, SAU is in charge of the processing of personal data and informs that these will be treated in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR ), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and Law (ES) 1/1982 on civil protection, the right of honour, personal and family privacy and self-image, for which the following treatment information:

Declaration

I hereby agree that FUCHS LUBRICANTES, S.A.U. may take and use photos/film clips (hereinafter “Material”) in which material related to me or the company I represent in a recognizable way, both for internal (e.g. employee magazines FUCHS Insight, FUCHS Intranet etc.) as well as for external communication (in particular website, online magazine EVOLVE, social media (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), print material (e.g. flyers, brochures, advertisements)). I also expressively consent to the fact that any company in which FUCHS SE owns, directly or indirectly, or is entitled to exercise, directly or indirectly, the votes attaching to at least 50 % (fifty percent) of the equity share capital (“FUCHS Companies”) may use such Material in the aforementioned way and/or for the aforementioned purposes. The consent is not limited in time or place. The consent shall also be effective after termination of the relationship with my current employer.

I am aware and I expressly agree that such Material may also be forwarded to a country in which data protection is not on the same level as in the European Union, so that the data is not protected to the same extent.

Revocation of this consent:

The consent can be revoked without giving reasons. I understand that there might be a situation where my revocation of consent cannot be fulfilled due to a publication that has already taken place (e.g. after publication and distribution of print media). Since the Material can be accessed worldwide when disclosed on the Internet, a further use of the Material by third parties cannot be generally excluded. Even if the Material is deleted from the website of the respective FUCHS Company, it still may be found on the Internet.

I give my above consent in the awareness of the following rights:

In the event of incorrect data, I am entitled to ask for correction of the data. If necessary, I am entitled to demand that the data shall be deleted or surrendered or the processing to be restricted. If I suspect unauthorized data processing, I am entitled to submit a complaint to the competent data protection supervisory authority. This consent is given free of charge and voluntarily. There will be no disadvantages for me if I do not consent.
