PLANTOHYD 46 S
Description
Environmentally friendly synthetic ester based hydraulic fluids Type HEES.
For many years now the use of mineral based lubricating hydraulic fluids has been recognised to have obvious risks for the environment. Fluid leaks, atmospheric emissions and uncontrolled discharges during the handling of these mineral fluids impose an excessive contamination burden on the environment. This fact has led the FUCHS group to develop environmentally friendly products based on vegetable oils and synthetic oils.
The PLANTOHYD-S series has been developed with synthetic ester based oils and represents a environmentally friendly alternative, in contrast to more conventional mineral based fluids. They are classified as HEES fluids in accordance with ISO/CD 6743/4 and VDMA 24658.

Applications
The hydraulic fluids in the PLANTOHYD-S series are especially recommended for general hydraulic and lubrication applications. They should be used whenever there is a risk of a leak or accidental loss to the environment, mainly in the following sectors: construction, areas with natural water sources, agriculture and forestry.
