RENOLIN ZAF 32 BHV
Zinc and ash-free hydraulic fluid with extreme high viscosity index, high shear stability
RENOLIN ZAF 32 BHV is a demulsifying, water-separating hydraulic fluid and lubricating oil for the use in general hydraulic equipment. It can be also used in circulation systems and for bearing lubrication. It is especially suitable for all applications in mobile and stationary hydraulic equipments which require the use of a HVLP hydraulic fluid. It is characterized by a very high viscosity index, for wide application temperature window. It surpass the requirements according to DIN 51524-3 multigrade hydraulic fluid (HVLP).
Advantages:
- Excellent performance at low temperatures
- Safer operating conditions thanks to its high flash point (≥135ºC, according to DIN ISO 2592)
- High, shear-stable viscosity index in combination with special mineral base oils
- Good corrosion protection
- Modern additive system without zinc, avoiding corrosion and chemical reactions with zinc coatings. In addition, it does not form zinc soaps and has reliable wear protection properties.
Specifications
DIN 51524-3: HVLP, with the exception of the flash point
ISO 6743-4: HV, with the exception of the flash point
